modem on audix w/legend

I am trying to install a modem on to an Intuity Audix and have no luck getting the modem to communicate with the voicemail. What settings should I look at?

What type of modem and what setting are you using?? Let verify that first. You are using the modem for remote access correct...

In some cases you can have the Intuity set up the modem and not have to do it manually
