Modem for an STS

I'm thinking of getting the modem for the STS to do remote programming and maintenance. I noticed that the modem does not have a phone port on it. How does it work? How do I dial in?

I has it's own etention number. You call into it and have someone transfer you .

How can I find out what the extension number is?

The system programming modem is Ext 499
You can run a serial cable from one of the serial ports on the outside of the KSU and plug it into the Voicemail card and The Voicemail can be accessed as EXT 498 fo r remot programming
