On a Definity to Intuity Audix Lx, what should the hunt group form page 2 look like? My message waiting indicators will not light. Thx

Message should be "none", LWC should be "none". In the station forms LWC Reception should be "msa-spe"

So does that mean that the type should be 2500 not VMI on the station form?? I thought Mode Code stations needed to be VMI, I am so confused now. Thx.

I was refering to the regular stations in the switch not the voice mail ports. Those have to be type VMI as you assumed.

Also, I'm not 100% sure on this one, but I think you may have to enter the VM hunt access number in the System Parameters Mode code form.

beddows, thank you so much for your insight, I have the ports as VMI and everything else looks good, so it looks like I will be going to Avaya TSO for help on this one. Thanks again!

Would you like me to dial into a switch with mode code intuity & print out the PBX & VM stuff from it?

ONLY if you have the time to do it, that would be great. I can't seem to locate the issue. You can email it to me at mneuman@learntel.com Thanks!

I'm doing it right now. I have noticed one thing in the voice mail programming. Under Switch interface admin/call data interface/MWI admin/MWI parameters, there is afield there for mWI refresh. Is yours set to Y?

Yes it is and my LWC on and off match in the Intuity and the features page in the definity.

I emailed you some screen dumps, hopefully there is a hint in there somewhere as to the problem. I know its probably a stupid question, but you don't have the lamp type in the sations set wrong do you, IE neon vs led. I once made this mistake with a 2000 room hotel. Boy did I have a lot of retyping to do. ASA did not have a field to change the lamp type globabaly.
