Hey guys - so here is our setup. We have 7 IPO500v2 systems on R11.0.4.2 all tied together with H.323 trunks. Every IP500v2 has their own PRI-T1s for external calling; so every IP500v2 has different incoming call routes for the incoming DDI's that point to its users. On every IP500v2 i have enabled "Send original calling party information for forwarded & twinned calls". This works great for all external calls; and internal call as long as they are originating on the same IP500. If a remote SCN user calls another user who is twinned - the caller ID being passed to the IPO is only 4 digits; which is then sent out the PRI to the twinned number. This is causing calls to not be ringing the twinned number for some users as many of our users have T-Mobile, which will not pass the call with only 4 digits on CID. Verizon will just show Restricted, which is fine - but T-mobile doesnt even complete the call. Anyone know how we can fix this without having to specify a single number for all twinned calls? Thanks,
