We have the following issue with Panasonic Mobile softphone app:
1. When calling a softphone user, in some case there will be no audio, and the receiver phone will show "Audio connecting", then after a few seconds the audio will work. It looks like on older iPhones there's a delay between answering and audio fully working
2. Often, when you call a mobile softphone, there's no audio. Requires hanging up and calling back again
3. You cannot adjust volume
4. There's a really bad echo return during calls. On Android phones in settings > audio, you can tweak a Echo cancellation setting but seems to be useless, on iPhones there's no setting.
