Mobile Softphone app issues - Any hint?

We have the following issue with Panasonic Mobile softphone app:

1. When calling a softphone user, in some case there will be no audio, and the receiver phone will show "Audio connecting", then after a few seconds the audio will work. It looks like on older iPhones there's a delay between answering and audio fully working

2. Often, when you call a mobile softphone, there's no audio. Requires hanging up and calling back again

3. You cannot adjust volume

4. There's a really bad echo return during calls. On Android phones in settings > audio, you can tweak a Echo cancellation setting but seems to be useless, on iPhones there's no setting.

Any idea?
 
I have had the audio connecting issue before, ended up ditching the app for desktop softphones on the users laptops for home workers.

The second issue sounds like RTP port issues, have you opened 16000-16511 to DSP Card?

@Calum, yes UDP 16000-16511 are open on the router. Most of the times it works, but sometimes there's no audio....

@Kizo, we cannot use apps not being downloaded by the official app stores.
