Mobile Remote through an open connection

I have an open mobile connection. Like i can call a certain number for free anytime. That number i can call has a free 24h internet connection.

Can i connect to the internet through that connection?
how?

If your mobile and the service provider support GPRS then its possible to connect to internet.
