I am looking at buying a Dell Axim X50v but would first like to know if it is possible to get true mobile internet access at speeds of at least 256k ADSL. Can someone let me know what options there are in Australia (Adelaide, SA more specifically). I have looked into Vodaphone GPRS but seems expensive and slow and 3 mobile but dont' want to have to have a 3 mobile phone. Their Netconnect PCMCIA card looks good but is not for a PDA obviously. Any info or suggestions appreciated.
