Hi all,
i have a strange problem with MOBX on a CS1000E Rel. 6.0.
We are working with a MSA dial-in number. Normal calls to an mobile extension are working. Call will be twinned to the
mobile device an if the desktop phone is picking up the call the call to the mobile device is released. Thats ok.
Problem:
If a mobile device with mobile extension will call the MSA dial-in number and calls another mobile extension on the CS1000,
the call will be twinned an both devices are ringing. If the desktop phone is picking up the call, the call to the mobile device will not release.
This means that the mobile device will ring so long until the provider is releasing the call.
The second problem is that in the same constellation the call will be presented with an wrong clip.
The clid is shown from the own extension which has twinned the call and not from the original caller.
Example:
DN 277(MOBX) calls DN 278(MOBX) over MSA dial-in number.
The clid display on the ringing phone is 278 instead of 277.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?
regards
Andreas
