I'm trying to set up Mobile Extension for one of my users. It won't let me program a line appearance of her actual extension on the Desktop Monitor because it says it's an ACD set. So I can't get Mobile extension to work.

Is there no way to get ACD and Mobile Extension working on the same phone?

I have a 3300ICP and 5340 IP phones.

Thanks for the input.

I would say no way this will happen.

Mutually exclusive programming.

Try this:

Take the ACD function off the phone. Program the key and put the ACD back on.

You can try, but Keylines and Multilines are not allowed on ACD sets. This means you will have to remove any existing to make the set and ACD set and you cannot create once it is an ACD set. This is design intent by Mitel and has been so forever.
