Mobile EXT issues ring once 1

i have configured a ME on a 200icp but now this config on our 3300 is working but my tui logging is giving this error and staying at start registering stage.
and i did check the mac address and it was blank and my set reg code is what is programmed in system options is correct
my outgoing works so does my user.

but I also have a weird issue when ME is active my set only rings once and then calls my cell.
i cant get it to ring like 4 or 5 times at the same time as my cell.

So i cant seem to get the ext to ring more then once and call my cell at the same time

my number is 8240
my desktop monitor is 8740

i know i put a key system on 8740
but for 8240 do i put a key system key for 8740 also

when i call it internally i see its like i call 8240
1 ring it rings the ext then pause for like a tenth of a second

then it switches to calling 8740...

all my cos are correct from the install guide too ..

I just thought about something i have a T1 10 channel T1/D4

is there any answer supervision or anything that i have to check because when i call my ext 8240 it rings once. and when im calling im hearing a louder ring on my cell phone stating that its going out a trunk. but on the cellphone that im calling from to my ext 8240 i see after the 1 ring that the call is connected and still ringing.

But im trying to get my ext to keep ringing while its calling my cell phone.

What is the phone type you have configured?

its a 5220 as a phone type for the outgoing
and my deskphone is a 5530
and my desktop monitor is a 5220



and i did fix the Tui issue

now all i need to figure out is the ring once and not continually ring hehe

On your Desktop Monitor, have you select it to Ring or Ring Continuously?

10 t1 trunks

if im calling internally i call my ext 8240 and it rings once 8240 then it goes to my 8740 (desktop monitor) ext on the screen. its like not ringing both simuntansiouly (cant spell haha)lol

type for phone is keysystem also

In your CO trunk descriptor, sounds like you have Fake Answer Supervision After Outpulsing ENABLED??

snazzy quick question with a reason on why sometimes it takes like 7-10 seconds for the call to hit the cell ....


i love the **6 feature (transfer From Cell) hehe

It takes 1 ring (3 seconds) to get to the carrier, and 1 ring (3 seconds again) for the cell phone to get the indication to start ringing and show the CallerID.

It is not a delay of the 3300 or the T1.

okay cool hehe i had to shut off my caller tune to avoid confusion.

and then later on when i get certified on the mobile Ext i can ask support on why with the Miatai code

**6 (transfer) to ext it only works for some exts and others it doesnt.
weird.


and wondering if and when we do get callerid if the caller that called my set his caller id would be sent to my phone and not the office CID.
