Hi All

I was wondering whether anyone had heard anything of the mythical Multi Media Module?

As far as I know it was put out for testing but so bug ridden that Avaya stopped working on it but they have been advertising it for sale now for almost 2 years on their website!!

If this is a complete no go does anyone have any experience of using any other Email solution that does the same/similar thing. I've been in contact with a company called NMS who offer one but have been asked to investigate a bit more.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated...
