Mmail fails back ups

I have a mmail that keeps failing to do back ups. This are the seers I get.
76-12 8/18 12:05 Admin * 1 Null
Des: No data found for backup rc= 7610
15-40 8/18 12:05 Admin * 1 Null
Des: Backup error. Lookup return code in NTP SEERs. for VS2B 7610

try doing partial backups, cleaning your tape drive, new tapes. this is a very critical problem, i would document as much of my mail as possible. menu services, mailboxes cos def etc.. might get by with a new tape drive, might need a new cpu, the later meaning without a partial backup you will retype all data and lose all saved msgs and recordings. with a partial you can reload install tape, and restore. a full backup will format the hd before loading, if your missing a full os, she will never complete the restore from full and boot back up.. just went through this with over 2000 users, put the mb's back in from a script but hasd not documented the secondary dn's.. had to pull that from the switch... 70 hours in front of a keyboard with a coffee iv
