Hi Folks,
I have a MM721 installed in a G450 running on CM6 - the G450 and CM both have the relevant firmware and SP's to support this media module.
I am trying to get a ISDN 2 device to work with inbound and outbound calls.
I can see that the device is in service/Idle but when making a call the status does not change and i cannot see anything happening when running a list trace sta XXX - I can make outbound calls but there is no audio and i cannot get an inbound call to route correctly.
Does anybody have any experience with ISDN 2 devices (these devices are not video conferencing units but more broadcasting devices)?
I have currently set this up as a WCBRI station which has a data module cofnigured on the 4th page to a spare extension which also has a DDI associated - i am hoping that having it set up this way means that calls should route correctly??
On the old TN circuit packs you had to add 2 ports per device 01a0701 and 01a0717 (for example), i believe that for the media modules this is not required - does that sound correct?
can anybody shed any light?
Thanks in advance
