MM3.1/MSS Voicemail question 1

When my users want to listen to their voice messages, the prompt starts by saying "you have 8 deleted messages and 2 new voice messages". Is their any way I can get rid of the first part of the prompt that talks about how many messages they have deleted. FYI i used #8, and #2 as an example.

Yes change the subscriber options to delete messages on exit.

its a MSS backend

Still the same unless you don't want the deleted messages to be removed and if that is the case then they will always hear ir.
