MM Transfer to Meet-me drops after 45 min

We have several Meet-me conferences setup.
They can be reached by dialing the VDN internally
or via a MM Caller App from outside.

Any call that gets transfered from the Caller App is dropped
after 45 minutes. Calls directly to the VDN have no problem.

Anyone seen this before?

You must be using T-1. Check the VMSC for the max time a user can be on a port

The system is S8400, MM3.0 and we are using QSIG/T1 integration.
I looked through the VMSC and didn't find a setting to
changed max time on a port. Where would I find it?

in the VMSC go to telephone user interface and on the general tab 5 down max call duration in minutes

Maximum Call Duration is set to 0 (unlimited).

I saw this prior to my last post and wanted to confirm.

Avaya has said that MM has a problem completing a transfer
even though Blind transfer is set. The MM doesn't detect
the transfer completion then drops after 45 min. They said
add at least 12 sec of music in the beginning of the
meet-me conference vector.

I configured this in ours, but it didn't fix the problem.

Try hitting the # key it may complete the transfer. Are you sure the MM is still in the loop after the conf call starts?
