MM Status 44

Need help,

I've tried to configure media manager from master server, when i used the wizard error MM Status 44. The media manager and master server run on Solaris 8 & i can't add host in device host from master server. Pls help...

Most people advise that you do not use the wizard. Try doing the prosess manually. What are you trying to add?

I don't/wouldn't use any of the wizards. Everything that needs to be done, can be done manually. You will know your systems better than a wizard can, troubleshooting is always easier if you know the innards of your setup anyway.

Okay...
I've tried with ./tpconfig command but the index of tape drive used by another tape drive, so how i can get new index of tape drive again? or the index of tape drive rely to Solaris?
