When trying to leave a message on certain mailboxes, we are getting a beep and "Your session cannot be completed at this time". I haven't been able to look at the Meridian Mail system yet. I have also been told that at least one mailbox can't hear the beginning of the messages; only the middle.

Help! Thank you in advance for any ideas.

The mail may be receiving a DN, which it has not got an entry for.

Check the various DN’s that the call routes through. You may have an idea which mailbox it is meant to go to but this may be different to the DN that the Mail thinks it is receiving. You can add additional DN’s to a Mailbox .

In Mail Admin the box will have an entry for the Primary DN and underneath you can add the additional DN’s.

I have had that before. The CAT table did not match the programed acd dn, key 1 scn, or the agent ID. Might want to check that in the mail

unk.. doesn't that give you, that service is not ava.. instead of the att has not been assigned?
