Afternoon all. I have something going on with MM that I hope you can help with.

A user dials into their MM box, log in and hears the prompts press 1 to review. After pressing 1 the system tells the user to press a digit soon or they will be disconnected.

Any of you have an idea on this??

Thanks

Forgot to mention, disable the feature "Allow Quick Voice Message Review (Aria Only)" and see if you get different results - assuming the user actually has messages in the Inbox folder.

Ok well I found out what that does... :) That option allows you to have your saved messages broken out into voicemail and email. It gives a second menu option under option 1. Press 1 for voicemail 2 for email.

Ken I am in looking at a few errors. it seem like mainly subscriber errors and a few warnings. If I find anything nasty I'll post it for you..

When that option mentioned is enabled it does the 1 followed by 1 for you to get right into reviewing voice messages. So it doesn't give you the ability to review emails (option 2 after option 1). If there are no voice messages in the Inbox or Deleted Items folder then option 1 is not available.

I dialed into my assistants box and logged in. When i pressed option 1 it gave two options (like you said) but pressing 2 starting playing an email message that was sent to her (both of us actually). Thats how I recognized it. MM stated it would take appropriately 35 to Store and play (I believe it said) this message. I haven't seen that one before.. :)

the message will take approximately XX minutes XX seconds to review" is a system generated message that is estimating the time it will take to play the TTS version of the email message.
