System is MM 4.0, 2 MAS, MSS with SIP Integration.
I see these all the time on customer systems and I understand they are self correcting and that the alarms when they are received are "resolved" notifications. My question is can anyone suggest what causes these - I have one customer who is particularly annoyed by them. If I could see them prior to being resolved I could probably figure it out, but again we only received the resolved notification. Any suggestion anyone has that would point to a cause and fix would be appreciated.
