MM 2.0 Client media has changed ierror

We've successfully installed the MM client for Outlook on 30 users using a CD. On 2 users, one with a notebook and one with a PC, the installation began normally but quit with an error about the "media has changed". Has anyone seen this error?

All users are on XP and Office 2003 but not all are at the same service pack/update levels.
