I have been asked to add (nice) recording to our Merlin system . We have MLX 10DP sets our NICE vendor has asked if the set have (Recording Interface Module) instead of installing DAC's . I tried to find the difference from the MLX 10d from the MLX DP with out and luck.
Any help would be great

The only difference between the MLX-10D & MLX-10DP is the latter has a extra RJ45 jack as a data port for connecting certain CTI equipment such as the old passageway interface.

I don't believe there is anything other than data passed to this port.
