MLM007 Default procedure

Hello, does anyone know the procedure to default a MLM? I try to login as 9997#, and the last 6 numbers of the serial number but that will not let me in, any other ideas out there? 2537 doesn't work either ;) Thanks!

Make sure you are using the REAL serial number.

It should ONLY BE 6 digits long.

If you have lost it, I may be able to help.

 
I am entering the 6 digits right from the 2 stickers that are on the MLM. Maybe Lucent re-serialized it during a factory refurbishing or something? Do you know how to get the original? Thanks.
 
There should only be one sticker with a 6-digit serial# located at the bottom front of the module (under the bottom "ears") of the clamshell. If that doesn't work there is a way to find the serial# using the RS-232 port and a laptop or desktop using the Hyper Terminal program built into Windows. I believe the procedure is outlined in several prior posts that you can find using "search". If not email me (tomd AT stcg DOT com)and I will walk you through the process.
 
I just had to reset mine... here was the deal...

There might be a warranty sticker (if you remove this) If you look carefully you might see some numbers underneath there. (as if there were a holographic sticker over it.) It is located on the bottom part of the card. I had to remove it in order to read the numbers, but I could tell that there were numbers before I removed it.

The serial number on top with the bar code did not work.

Unfortunately I had to erase the whole system myself (box by box) but this should reset the password
