I have create a 429 Mailbox Menu node
Than i must access via admin mailbox and go to change setting on 429 Mailbox?
 
A Menu node and MLAA are different.

You should be able to call the voicemail system and press *, you should then be prompted for a mailbox number. Enter 429 and the default passcode of 1111 to get started.

Sorry another question , i want upload .wav file ( in according with pre-requirement mitel 8K a-law and soo on )

now , i have x429 how Voice Mail Transfer , how can upload from my PC .wav file for better announce ?

Form - System Audio Files Update

This will let you upload .wav files of the proper format to any mailbox or menu node or Rad or system greetings

BTW - MLAA = Menu node, I'm not sure how sarond might think they are different.

I have try to upload file , selecting Mailbox Greeting , insert x429 and select main menu .
Upload have success
But when i go into mailbox x429 it play only announcement pre-record from phone .
Thank for your patience .

I have had this before. You need to log into the menu node mailbox and go through the enrolment before the upload will work

There is delay time before upload file go on line ?
because :
1. i have record message from normal access to VM go to x429 mailbox and record announce . Work!!
2. i have upload .wav file from configuration , upload success
3. i have place call to x429 but i hear only message recordend on step 1
4. after 1 day i have try to place call to x429 and i hear message uploaded step 2

It is correct ??
 
The uploaded file should take effect immediately.

Sorry I was thinking the Main Auto Attendant Day/Night of the voicemail which is different to Menu Node.
 
Providing the mailbox has been enrolled the uploaded message should go live pretty much directly after uploading
 
I am having the same issue Bruno

I am trying to upload a .wav file to replace the primary message.

I have recorded a message and have it converted to the correct format. when I upload it i get a message to say the upload was successful however I still only hear the old recorded message when I call our main number to hear the primary message and not the uploaded .wav file.

it's been about 9 hours since I have tried this a few times and i am still hearing the old manually recorded message.

Can anyone let me know if I am missing something here?
