Mitel 3300 with MCD4.2
Programed below call flow
1) Inbound call to ACD path -> play RAD -> system MOH or tenant MOH -> interflow to Switchboard.

2) Inbound call to MLAA -> option 2 -> ACD path -> play RAD -> system MOH or tenant MOH -> interflow to Switchboard.

Same ACD path used

1 work fine, 2 returns to MLAA after MOH instead of interflow.

Why doesn't it interflow on option 2

its not camping on the path so on unanswered transfer recall timer expiry it is returning to the transfering party i.e the MLAA.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

LoupyLou - For once I disagree with you.

You would not hear a RAD if the call were not queued (Camped on)
Same applies in the event of a supervised transfer by the VM

The scenario seems unlikely so I am assuming that there is a bit of info missing. For example, I would be very interested to know if the timing of both scenarios was the same. i.e. Interflow is taking place but not going where we think.

It is the Exact same Path just accessed from either telco trunk DDI or from the MLAA option.

Please let me know if i need to export any timer/path info and post.

Thanx good point - i check but the interflow point (switch board) is not forwarding anywhere (eg voicemail)if that is what u ment.

kwbMitel. You are probably right re the camp on. So if its not a recalling transfer then it must be that the call is interflowing out of the path as you suggest.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

What happens if the switchboard does not answer the call?

Does it route to vm?

If so, are you using a Nametag huntgroup to steer the original call to the MLAA?

I am assuming both scenarios are acting identically except for the last step.
