Hello guys,
I´m worknig on a customer who has MXe 3300 ICP with MCD6, reconfiguring a Call Center with MLAA and new ACD Paths.
The thing is the controller is setup for Spanish but the customer paths manages up to 6 languages. DID are directed to diferent MLAAs trees properly, but when the caller dials the best fit option regardless of the language selected is hearing the tranfer preloaded message "You are been transfered to ..." in the default language, I´m able to upload a mailbox name file but i´m not able to remove the preloaded message or replace by a silence file.
I´ve searched the whole /vmail filesystem without find the record on location prompts nor any other path.

Please, did anybody knowns how to remove it?

Thank you,
VHCG

From the help guide you can reference Mailbox Greetings (Embedded Voice Mail) or simply:

1.Access the System Administrator's mailbox.

2.Press [2] for the Edit Mailbox menu.

3.Enter the mailbox number to edit.

4.Press # repeatedly until prompted to enter a Technician's function code.

Then press 1 and when it asks you for another one press 5

I have not tried this with bilingual options but it works on normal voicemail setup.

Instead of using MLAAs you might want to consider using phantom ACD Groups with Dial out of Queue.

Of course this is dependant on how many MLAAs you're using though as each requires it's own Language Based RAD.

Advantages of Phantom ACD
[ul]
[li]When selection is made, transfer is immediate[/li]
[li]If no selection is made, a default option is available (Interflow)[/li]
[li]Potentially higher call volumes by playing RAD to multiple callers simultaneously (Calls stack until Rad is avail)[/li]
[/ul]
Disadvantages of Phantom ACD
[ul]
[li]Dedicated RAD for each Group (Can use up your VM ports in a hurry)[/li]
[/ul]
