ML370 w/SmartArray 431 trying to get into bios

I have a G1 ML370 w/SmartArray 431, and I am trying to boot with the SmartStart CD ver 5.5. For some reason, i am unable to boot from the CD rom. I have tried different CD roms and they are good. How do I get into the BIOS to change the boot order?

<F10> only gets you into the system partition if installed.
<F8> for newer servers.
Try Smartstart 5.4 or check to see if you can boot
off a Windows CD. You may just have a faulty drive.
