mkcd error

I'm getting this error when I ran mkcd. Pls advise.

please post the mkcd log located in /var/adm/ras

Its working now! The DVD-RW that i previously used did not work so, I used DVD-RAM type. I'm doing a recovery from the mckd and seems to be ok. Thanks.
