Can you mix data sources in a report ie odbc table's and a sql query.
Every time I add a query to my reporting database's I get an error saying the data dictionary field 'table name' not found. This message gives the same message for every field in my report.I have to use task manager to exit, yet if the sql query is not added to my reporting tables everything works fine

Crystal SQL Designer is generally considered a bad idea, and isn't even supported in Crystal 10.

And if you post technical information you'll get more tailored responses, such as the version of Crystal being used, and the database.

hello,

I have the same problem as ajdesigns.
It is a bad idea to work with Crystal Designer, but do you have an alternative if you can't link the fields on the traditional way? ->there are concatenate fields in some tables :-(

thankx
