Mivoice console shared call history

Hi all
I've a customer with 3 Mivoic consoles, call history is working fine for each one. But I can't enabled the shared/Sync call history

how I can do it.

From memory for shared call history, you should only need one Postgres database which the consoles each connect to using a username and password set within the database admin tool. I am pretty sure the help file built into the console software explains every step.

Devolution is correct. It's in the help files on the console itself.

Help / Administrator Help Topics / Contents / Configuration and Administration / Call History

There are two sections you will need:

Set Up the Call History Database (On a server or one of the console PC's)

and

Configure Call History (Set the console to use the shared database)
