Does anyone know if during the daily maintenance process the "Mivoice call recording (oaisys)" system stop recording? I have notice that we do not have recorded calls during one or two hours starting at 2am all days.
What is the system that has this daily maintenance you are referring to? The PBX has minimal involvement in call recording depending if you are using direct or indirect set recording. Direct recording is where sets send their audio through the SRC blade in an MBG/MiCollab. Indirect is when the PBX "instructs" the phone to send its data to the call recorder. I supposed if the DBMS check was at that time it could be the cause but that is easy enough to eliminate by turning it off for a couple of days or changing the time it runs at. The Oaysis is installed on a Windows OS so what is Windows doing at that time? Updates, Antivirus checks?
