Mivoice business with call2teams issue

hi guys ,

we are you using Microsoft Teams Direct Routing with Call2teams and we have an issue

we have a oneway audio between Mitel phones and Teams softphones.
no issue between PSTN to teams.

any idea ?

 
Are you using SIP trunks or PRI, or what is your system trunks?
 
I'm using Sip trunk through my ipbx.

i use call2teams : PBX User (RE-C2TU)

i already checked sip device cap .

Pstn to C2T no issue , only between Teams softphone and Mitel 53xx softphones .

 
On your MBG what is your default setting under sip for Device ↔ device local streaming ? ie on or off?
If it is off test with an extension - you can manually change it to Local streaming between device calls - enabled on an individual extension.
Also are the Minet phones on a different subnet from the MBG? If so has that network been allowed on it?


 
MBG what is your default setting under sip for Device ↔ device local streaming : OFF

ON: same issue

Minet phones on LAN subnet
MBG on DMZ ( LAN network allowed)

 
What Release of MCD are you running?

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.
 
Just for fun............turn off ENCRYPTION in SYSTEM OPTIONS and test. If no change, turn it back on.
