I'm having problems with setting up conference calls with my IP phones. To start a conference call I do the following:
While initial caller (ext 101) is on the line, I press the trans/conf button
dial the number (100) of the third party
After the third party answers the call, I press the trans/conf button to conf the calls.
Instead of being connected to both parties, I am not. The display of my phone says 101 on hold. I'm connected to 100 I press the trans/conf button again but it appears to do nothing.
After disconnecting from the call, I notice that ext. 101 and 100 prime keys are active. I then noticed that those two extensions are connected.
Conference call is enabled in IP phone COS.
