MiVoice Business Console dropping calls

Hi all.
I have a MiVoice business console 7.2 which drops all calls that come in after a fraction of a second of answering.
Also the source field does not display caller id for incoming calls both internal and external.
PC is running Windows 7, Headsets are Plantronics C360
What may be causing this and the fix?

Check the logs for an error that says the MiVB console version is incorrect for the MIVB version you are using. I had the exact same issue after another tech had done an upgrade. Went through the logs and the error shows up clearly.
