MiVoice 250 conference issue

A conference call is in session.
After a certain amount of time the call will call the operator extension.
Conference call comes up in the display and she is able to join in the call.
No one added the operator.
This must be a timer issue, but which setting would it be?
The unsupervised CO?

I found this years ago and unfortunately no longer remember which timer.

IIRC, the switchboard actually rings and then answers intruding into the call

To find which timer, I stood by reception, created a conference and timed how long until the switchboard rang.

I changed every timer that matched to different values and tested again

Yes, I believe it is the Unsupervised CO timer.

Whether a conference call or two external parties transferred together.
