We have calls recalling to the Attendant Console instead of going to the employee's vm box. How do I adjust the Attendant Recall Timer? I see that it's a COS setting, but I can't see a COS setting on the IP Attendant Console.
Is there a COS applied to an Attendant Console and if so, where do I see what it is?
Thanks
Al

MiVB Console Class of Service is set in 'Station Attributes' form.

Thanks, found it.
So the COS for the Attendant is 1.
COS 1 No Answer Recall Timer is 36

My phone, also COS 1
COS 1 Call Forward No Answer Timer is 26

Call to the attendant, transferred to my phone still recalls back to Attendant.

Is there a different setting for Attendants?

What am I missing?

Thanks!

What's "Allow Recall after Transfer" set for in that COS?

It's set to NO.
Which adds another oddity to this. It shouldn't recall at all, correct?

Thanks!

If 'Allow recall after transfer' is set to no, then the call will follow reroute or call forward.

But only if the 'call forward no answer timer' is less than the 'no answer recall timer'

Sounds like 'allow recall after transfer' is set correctly.

What is your 'no answer recall timer' set to?

You may also need to check the trunk class of service timers too. As they are the originating device probably.

No Answer Recall is set to 36, Call Forward No Answer is set to 26.

Looks like the Trunk COS says Allow Recall After Transfer = NO and No Answer Recall Timer is 120
