MiVB and FIAS PMS

Gents,

We have a customer that uses a proprietary PMS that says that his system supports FIAS Protocol (Fidelio Interface Application Specification).

I wonder if we could integrate the MiVB to that PMS.

I have a few questions:

Does MiVoice business understand FIAS?

Is it possible to connect the MiVB directly to Opera PMS for checkin/chechout without introducing a middleware such as Tiger TMS?

Mitel's format is fixed and has been for ages.

The question you need to ask is Does FIAS know the Mitel format.

I recognize FIAS so I'm sure that it does.

Is this a new install or replacing existing (with respect to PMS)

EDIT: Google says FIAS is related to Fidelio and Oracle PMS Systems. I have most definitely worked with both of those.
You just tell the provider to configure for Mitel, not the other way around as your question implies.
