not anytime soon
micollab 9 is coming soon and there is a slight possibility that they might get MiVBx to a version that includes MiVB9 but i wouldnt hold your breath

I just heard thru reliable but unofficial channels that the Express might be dead.

An upgrade path will be available but not as it exists today.
