Hi
Has anyone done this. Why do you need a separate SBC, I have SIP trunks coming into an MBG then a MiVB trunking gateway.

Can I not just connect MS Teams with a SIP trunking link?

havent done it but i think you need a sbc that teams support
Microsft access api or otherwise is pretty limited

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Separate: is your mitel directly connected to the internet?
I suppose not

Why use a SBC:

Teams integration:

Certified SBC's for Microsoft:

Certified SBC's for Mitel:
Couldn't find one quickly.
Saw this link on an other site, maybe someone can copy the outcome?

But you have to purchase an extra and expansive SBC.
Audiocodes will work.

And no, Mitel does not have interops with their own SBC's to Teams (or Zoom)
Crazy!

Just use Call2Teams and save yourself the headaches of trying to configure an SBC, trust me.

Yes. I second Lundah.
Call2Teams is your best bet in this case and works well.
