I suppose not Why use a SBC: https://www.mitel.com/blog/sbcs-explained Teams integration: https://www.mitel.com/products/business-phone-systems/integrations/mitel-for-microsoft-teams Certified SBC's for Microsoft: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/direct-routing-border-controllers Certified SBC's for Mitel: Couldn't find one quickly. Saw this link on an other site, maybe someone can copy the outcome? https://mitel.custhelp.com/app/answers/answer_view/a_id/1001403 But you have to purchase an extra and expansive SBC. Audiocodes will work. And no, Mitel does not have interops with their own SBC's to Teams (or Zoom) Crazy! Upvote 0 Downvote
