MiVB Ver 8.0 with SIP Trunks. About a week ago Incoming Caller NAME stopped. Incoming Number is still good but Displays show no Name on ALL Phones. Verified at the SIP MBG that we ARE receiving the Name and also verified thru SIP Tail in the MiVB that it is receiving the name also. Just not being populated out to the Displays.

look at both the sets class of service and the SIP trunks class of service... note too that they should be using separate Classes of Service.
when in the COS form, you can click the "?" for help.

BTW, it's time to upgrade from 8 as it's no longer supported.

phone set's should have these options.
Display ANI/DNIS/ISDN Calling/Called Number Yes
Display ANI/ISDN Calling Number Only Yes - you may need to set this to NO if you're looking for incoming names too.
Display Caller ID on multicall/keylines Yes

Also check SIP Peer Signalling and Header Manipulation to ensure "Suppress Incoming Name" = No

might be worth checking the audit logs to see what has been changed

Will look at this again this morning. We have been trying to get them to upgrade for 3 years. Not only is it 8.0, but it is an Express also. Customer claims it started about a week ago, but the Audit Log is the first we checked and found no changes had been bade.
