Big Lucy needs your help again. From my previous post I have a MEM that seems to work like it should but will not go to the mailbox it justy reverts back to the auto-attendant. I'm going to have someone on site to morrow to reseat the MEM card what's your thoughts

I found this in the edoc's I have 4.01 version

With software version 4.00/4.01 and 4.02 installed on the Mitel Express Messenger, DID calls to the rooms which get forwarded back to voice mail on busy or no answer are sent to the main greeting instead of being prompted to leave a message for the room. This is to be fixed in the 4.03 release. Date of release is early Dec/2002.

No answer recall timer on the trucks? Sounds like it's a second or 2 shorter the the extension cos.
