Mitel3300 - On-Call engineer rota setup

Hello,

Working on a Mitel 3300. They want to add a menu option to an existing MLAA, that would call the engineer who is currently on-call.

What would be the best way to implement this, so that it can be updated via softkey & possibly remotely?

What we do is for each tech to have an EHDU associated with their cell phone

The EHDU is placed in a ring group

Group presence keys are on each tech's phone to make absent or present as appropriate

Remotely changing (for Us) is via MiCollab APP or via the 3300 Web Interface
