mitel ya collaboration module

anyone else use this?
pretty impressed with it so far.
one problem i am having, when using the recording function and playing back i dont hear audio.
using collab module ver 4.6.0.1465

ive ticked the include audio option within the recording window.

cant see anything about audio in the help files under recording. is audio supported when recording??

Hi

Unfortunately that's because the audio doesn't go through the Collab server.

You can use any audio with it. The collab is just the web and video part. Pity though

bit disappointed about that guessing wonder if theres any video editing software where you can modify the video and record voice over the top.....

There is a Mitel product that will do what you want. It's called Audio and Web Conferencing.
