Having some issue with video on the UCA client, version 5.1.34.0. This is a new setup. My personal client is fine, in that when you look at my availability in the UCA you can see video is an option, but for two others we have on laptops with webcams, it just shows chat and phone, the little webcam icon is missing. However, when you pull them into a web conference, they can start their cameras no problem and we can all video chat. These are all similiar laptops, Dell Latitudes, though not the exact same (but the webcams all use the same Windows API). We’d really like to be able to point and click to a video call from laptop to laptop (think skype)… and I *think* that will work if we can get the UCA to see their video device? They’ve rebooted, and I’ve confirmed they have UCA advanced licensing (and video is there), and they have the MCA application installed (they can start audio and web conferences). All users are setup for Teleworker, with the "use teleworker for softphone" option set. The softphones are running on an MCD (5.0 PR1) as "App Server Port" in multi-device group with their deskphones. Any suggestions, or maybe a troubleshooting path?

Do they have video calls set to "accept" under managing statuses in the UCA client? I forgot that and wondered where the little camera icon disappeared to.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
