I have a site that has an sx2000, they are getting about a 10 secs delay before incoming calls are appearing on the ss700 consoles the trunks are anologue it happens on all trunks and all 3 consoles i have rebooted the consoles and act sw the sx2k i have also changed the trunk service answer point which is a key on the consoles. anyone got any ideas? many thanks

Are these analogue trubks ?

I remember having this many years ago, check class of service, ani/dnis number delivery, needs to be set to NO. if it's the same problem.

it was set to yes changed it to no and all now ok, many thanks.
