We have a Mitel SX200 System with Superconsole 1000.
How and where do I connect a printer to record Wakeup calls Set and NOT Answered.
I have Laser printer - or do I need a dotmatrix.

Thanks in advance - for any help.

dot matrix printer connected to the printer port. you'll have to tell us what model SX200 you have. then you have to print your maintenance logs.

best bet is to get in touch with a technician.

The SX100 we have is SX100 ML with LITEWARE 17
does this help?

You need a serial printer, your laser could be, but I doubt it. Once you have that you connect it to the printer port, or have a dataset installed & programmed. Once that is set up you direct the logs to that printer. Simple really, if you're a tech. If you're not, well, could be difficult.
Note: I think it prints all set/attempted/answered/expired wakeups, not just the 2 you wanted (maybe a 200 tech can clarify that, I only work on 2000/3300's).
