Mitel SX200 MX MItel Mail MBX not playing recorded greeting

I set up a new MBX and do the name passcode and greeting. When you call it plays the default greeting. If you try to playback your greeting it never has it. I have followed all steps. I even created another MBX and the same thing happens. All other MBX work fine. Any Ideas?

What do you hear with the following steps?

Dial the voicemail access code
When it asks for your passcode - press Star *
When is asks you to enter a mailbox - press Star *
It should now be playing the main auto-att greeting - Press #
Enter the Mailbox number where you've recorded the greeting

Does it play the greeting?

It plays the default lady. It doesn't play the greeting we recorded. She says I am sorry the person you are trying to reach is unavailable at this time.

Best Bet?

You are hurrying through the tutorial and not getting to where she says "Congratulations, your new mailbox is now configured" or something to that effect.

If you don't hear that prompt, then nothing will be saved

I have waited until she finishes the setup. The passcode and name change just the greeting is not. You can still leave messages in all mbx so not sure about the hd being full.
