For some reason wakeup calls are not going off at the right time. The time on the system is correct and this is a intermittant problem with some extensions. They are sometimes going off 2 hours 15 min later. What could be the problem?
If you only have 1 wakeup rad, and a guest does not hang up on that rad when they get their wakeup calls, no other wakeups will go off until that phone is hung up. So maybe the 2.5hrs later is when the maid has hung up the phone.
Yes they have 2 rads and 1 bad customer. The front desk person had set 2 wakeup calls to the same room using 2 ext. no.s. When he answered the calls he took the phone off hook holding up the rads until the housekeeper hung up the phone. Thanks much for your help!
Yup, that'll do it. Bad point on the 200, exploited by one guest. Fuel to the fire to make sure you install more RAD's then guest room phones per suite. Those front desk people can be crafty afterhours!
