I have an older SX200 that my company maintains (telco) It has express messenger for VM and auto attendant. The scenario is this:
There is a Hunt Group with 12 extensions. Hunt Group access code is 350, extensions in group are 351 - 362. From internal They can dial 350 and it will hit the hunt group and ring through 351-362 as expected.
If you dial their main line and from the auto attendant dial 350 it tries to transfer you to extension 50 which doesn't exist and you get an error. However, if you dial 351 directly from the auto attendant it says you are being transfered to 51 .. but it sends you to 351. Would the auto attendent have gotten set to only expect 2 digits? if so why would it work when using 351 but not when trying to use the hunt groups access code 350?
